With years of experience ranging from fashion to tech, I’ve evolved from designing products to directing the creative show. At Politis Design, I lead everything from brand identity and website creation to eCommerce strategy, working with clients like MunnWorks and Booty by Brabants. Before this, I drove creative projects for brands like Kenneth Cole, BCBG, and Avon, where I launched a jewelry line that hit $11 million in its first year!

I’m all about capturing the heart of a brand and making sure it shines across every platform. I’ve worked with big brands, managed boutique clients, and thrived in large organizations—so whether it’s a scrappy startup or a corporate giant, I know how to dial in what works. I build strong teams, craft clear efficient plans, and keep projects on track, making the process smooth and stress-free for clients and stakeholders. • Directed design & development with overseas manufacturers of approx. 400 SKUs per quarter.
• Launched Avon Global Jewelry & Watch Collection with global best sellers generating 11 million in revenue in its first year.
• Managed all creative team members consisting of in-house product designers, freelance product designers, local and overseas manufacturers.
• Collaborated with Avon creative team to create print and video advertising campaigns highlighting the premium collections.
• Directed product photoshoots and supplied creative direction for Avon Global catalog.
Collaborated with stakeholders in 5 global regions managing their different product needs while finding solutions to reduce product redundancies and create efficiencies with the supply chain.
• Achieved tight cost targets while maintaining quality and aesthetics of the Avon Global brand.

• Supervised the U.S. designers for the MEXX, Kenneth Cole Reaction, and BCBGeneration product lines.
• Led a company-wide initiative to develop trend roadmaps that solidified the company’s trend position while ensuring differentiation of how each brand approaches design and product development.
• Created trend presentations and seasonal showroom displays for licensed collections.
